Daily activity shifts from week to week — this is just a sample of what a week can look like. But the rhythm underneath it doesn't change: worship, work, study, and service, every single week.

Grow and earn at the same time
Earn a real income while you grow.
Participants pay a $100/month training fee and receive $12,000+ per year in pay, plus free housing, daily meals, transportation, and group outings — including a 6–8 day group cruise (length depends on the ship's route) and seasonal adventures.
The training fee teaches financial responsibility and helps cover training materials, outings, and miscellaneous expenses the camp incurs each month.

Does the schedule ever change?
Yes — this is a sample week, not a fixed script. Work rotation departments, outings, and seasonal adventures shift throughout the year, but the underlying rhythm of worship, work, study, and service stays constant.
Is there free time?
Yes. Evenings and parts of the weekend are unstructured, on top of the built-in rest and Sabbath rhythm on Sundays.
What happens on days off?
Participants can rest, spend time with each other, or take part in optional group outings — days off are real downtime, not another activity to check off.
Is church attendance mandatory?
Yes — attending church together as a cohort every Sunday is a core part of the discipleship rhythm, not an optional extra.
