Privacy Policy

Cross to Life, a program of Pine Valley Bible Conference Center ("Cross to Life," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through crosstolife.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you contact us with a question, we collect what you send us — typically your name, email address, and phone number.
The application asks for considerably more. It collects your driver's license and medical insurance information, emergency contact details, education history, employment history, and information about your strengths and religious beliefs, along with the contact details of the references you name. It also asks which work area you'd prefer. Please make sure your references are willing to hear from us before you list them.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to process applications, respond to inquiries, and communicate with prospective students, parents, and pastors about the program. Application details — including emergency contact and insurance information — are used to evaluate fit, contact your references, and prepare for your participation if you're accepted.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use crosstolife.com. It sets cookies and collects usage information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site or search that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We look at this in aggregate to improve the site — it isn't tied to your application and we don't use it to identify you personally.
You can opt out by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
Third-party services
Applications are hosted and processed by Wufoo, a third-party form provider that stores your submitted information on our behalf — please refer to Wufoo's own privacy policy for details on how they handle it. The application form is also protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which collects device and usage information to distinguish real applicants from automated abuse; Google's privacy policy and terms apply.
We use Google Analytics on this site as described above, which means that usage data is shared with Google as our analytics provider.
